We take every care to ensure all information we provide on this site is correct and up-to-date. This includes:

Pricing and delivery charges.
However, please note that:
The use of photographic images to show accurate product detail and colour. Please note that whilst we take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press due to the handmade nature of each product, specifications and descriptions on this site are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by software or computer systems and the handmade nature of each product.
Availability of stock. Please note, whilst every effort is made to maintain the accuracy of our information on available stock, on occasion discrepancies may occur. Should you place an order for an item displayed as available on our website, and in fact this item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
At any given time information posted on our website may be subject to inaccuracy or may be out of date. All content provided on the site is subject to change without prior notice.
CrossLow intends to use its content to enhance and improve the shopping and purchasing experience on the Site. In no way is the content used on our site intended to offend any of our visitors and/or customers. Any links we may provide to other websites are chosen exceptionally carefully to ensure the linked sites are appropriate and in line with our code for undertaking commercial activity. We will not however be responsible nor liable for your use of any other website which may access via links within our site. CrossLow does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content.
COPYRIGHT / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The use of the photographs on the Site is under license to CrossLow and copyright for these photographs remains with the individual photographers and CrossLow respectively. You are authorised to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, download, adapt, alter, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works of any content of the Site, in whole or in part without our prior written consent.
The Terms and Conditions contained herein above constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to vary the Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice, with such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the Site. By continuing to use the Site you will be deemed to accept any such variations.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
The prices indicated on CrossLow are shown in Pound Sterling and do not include delivery. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed.
We will always endeavour to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. We will refund the shipping fees for the rest of the order. If relevant, we will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality. If you accept the replacement, and then wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined under Right of Return, the return postage will be covered by us. If you choose to decline this offer, and the original product is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse the price of the unavailable product. VAT is already included in our prices.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
In order to create a contract between you and us, please follow the simple steps taking you through the process of placing an order. To place an order for the selected product/s, select ‘Go to Checkout’, ‘Confirm Order details’ page, then ‘Confirm my Order’ In doing this you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated as well as the relevant delivery charges.
We will send an automated order acknowledgment email to you, listing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by CrossLow.
The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when your order is ready for dispatch, unless we have notified you that we have not accepted your order or you have cancelled it. Once we have accepted your order it becomes a binding contract, subject to your contractual rights of cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur in circumstances whereby we identify a pricing or product description error; the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable; or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. We reserve the right to cancel your order without liability. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the Site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content, therefore, prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
CrossLow currently accepts payment by paypal or by credit card, both as per invoice. Please note that no items will be shipped until CrossLow receives payment in full for the item and all relevant delivery costs.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail first class signed for - someone will be need to be in to take delivery of goods
UK Orders up to £300 - £5
UK Orders over £300 - £12
Europe orders - via DHL courier - £25
Rest of World incl USA and ASIA via DHL courier - £25
Our delivery times do not take into account any time spent preparing orders which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard working days) at most periods of the year. Preparation times can be increased by up to 4 working days at special times of the year (Sales, Private Sales, etc.) given the greater volume of orders.
RIGHT OF RETURN
Please note that the majority of our products are handmade and this is indicated on the Site. Where an item is handmade, bespoke or personalised, it needs to be treated gently to preserve its special finish. There may be discrepancies with other items of this product, such as shape, size and finish. Because of their hand-crafted nature, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and the terms of the Right of Return will not apply to such products.
Notwithstanding the above, Crosslow allows you 15 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon. CrossLow does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the Site. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Delivery fees remain your responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.
For reimbursements if the product is returned within 15 days of its delivery, you will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties who perform functions on our behalf such as shipping, fulfilling orders, processing payments, carrying out promotional services or data management. We will only provide these companies with the information which they need to carry out their services and they will not be permitted to use the information for other purposes. You also acknowledge and agree that in certain circumstances we may be obliged to disclose personal information relating to you to third parties, for example, in order to conform to any requirements of law or to comply with any legal process, to prevent and detect fraud and to protect and defend our rights and property. For your security we fully adhere to the UK Data Protection Act. The information gathered on our website are necessary to process your order and notify you of changes to the status of your order
